Hi #blockfam! I'm Allison! For 20+ years, I have been teaching Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater, Lyrical, Drill Team, Hip Hop and Liturgical Dance to young and young at heart students in the DFW metroplex.

 

I hold a Masters degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University as well as degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Hendrix College.  I am an American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum Certified Instructor and hold accreditation for many other dance curriculums including Progressing Ballet Technique.

 

Prior to moving to Dallas in 1999, I was the Dance Director for Sonshine Academy in Conway, Arkansas.  I have passionately pursued dance as an integrative studies for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing and connection ultimately leading me to create EnCroix Movement. I am also the co-founder of TeamMercy.org, a charity supporting children after sibling loss.

 

I live in Lewisville, Texas with my husband Rodney. We have 4 children: Grace, Justice, Mercy, and Righteous.
